Guy started his career in foodservice at the age of ten, selling soft pretzels in a three wheeled bicycle cart that he built with his dad. Things have changed a bit since the “Awesome Pretzel” days! Now he and his business partner Steve Gruber have three local Sonoma County restaurants, a catering division and their largest location is slotted to open soon in Sacramento.
