Paul Dillon

Paul Dillon has 40 years of experience in the culinary field and hospitality industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree of Applied Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. Currently, he is the Executive Director of the Culinary Arts Institute of Hudson County Community College. Paul became the Executive Director in Fall of 2007, prior to that he was an associate professor at the Culinary Arts institute for 23 years.

Paul has worked for corporations such as: Longchamps Inc., Host International, the Orange Bowl Corporation, Restaurant Associates, and ISL international. Also, he has been an executive or consulting chef for various national and international venues for public and corporate clients. Some of the more notable clients or venues include: the 1994 World Cup (ISL International); the 1992 Winter Olympics (US Postal Service); several U.S. Opens; and the New York Mets World Series victory celebration in 1986.

Paul Dillon also hosted a televised cooking show and served as its executive producer from 1995 to 2007. The Show “Let’s Cook with Paul Dillon” aired to over 8 million homes on CN8 the Comcast Network. Dillon received three Emmy nominations in the best host category for his work on Let’s Cook for which he won an Emmy Award as Outstanding Host in 2005. Additionally, he was awarded a total of eight Telly Awards for the TV show. Dillon has also taught as an adjunct instructor at Bergen Community College and Rockland Community College.
